Est. 1986
Established in 1986, we are a leading, family-run Thai Boxing club, who train people of all levels and abilities.
We are committed to lifelong learning and deliver group classes and one-to-one sessions, which are well planned and suited to each individual's ability.
The training we offer is world renowned, being taught in a friendly but disciplined environment. As a club, we are trained and certified by Grand Master Toddy's Thai Boxing Academy, Thailand, and Grand Master Marco De Cesaris, International Muay Boran Academy IMBA, Rome.

ANDRE TRINGHAM
(Kru) Chief Instructor
Andre started training in Taekwondo and Thai Boxing in 1982 at 14 years of age, with the Eagles Gym Group.
As a teenager, Andre trained with the prestigious Master Toddy's Gym, Manchester, before going on to train in Thailand at Ploenjit Gym.
He was the third ever European to train at the world famous Pinsinchai Gym under Master Pimu, and this is where he first met his friend Grand Master Marco Cesaris, the head of the International Muay Boran Academy (IMBA).
In 1986, Andre opened Siam Eagles Thai Boxing and continues to train people of all ages and abilities at the club to this day.
He maintains his own training by regularly attending workshops and seminars with Master Toddy in Bangkok, and in Italy at the IMBA HQ with Grand Master Marco Cesaris. He also trains and teaches across Europe, Asia and the United States.

JOHN WILLIAMSON

John first started training in martial art in 1981.
He has trained in the martial art disciplines of Shotokan Karate, Tai Chi, Judo, Wing Chun and Taekwondo, with a main focus on Thai Boxing, which he fell in love with from his first lesson.
He first met Kru Andre in 1982 within the Eagles Gym Group and struck up a lifelong friendship.
Under Kru Andre and the International Muay Boran Academy he has carried on his studies and training in the origin of the Thai martial arts, Muay Boran. He has also accompanied Kru Andre on numerous international training trips.
John also has a wealth of knowledge in the Filipino martial arts, Arnis (Eskrima, or Kali) which combines stick, knife and empty hand techniques, and he is the Chief Coach at Stickfight Club Bedford.
